Do you have COVID-19 measures in place?
The safety of our customers and our staff is at the center of our focus. We always make sure that our staff and subcontractors are fully vaccinated. Also, our staff will wear the required PPEs to protect everyone. We strictly follow the health and safety rules set by our government at all levels
Can you provide me with a detailed bid?
Yes. Our customers will have a detailed estimate that outline the scope, material used, specifications, and drawings. Our estimate will also list all inclusions and exclusions so there will be no surprises.
Where do you purchase your materials?
We work with many suppliers to ensure we have materials available at the earliest. Our customers will have the privilege of choosing the materials they like and within their budget.
What is your timeline?
Each project is unique and will have its own timeline. Our customers will have the timeline prior to starting the project.
Will I need a permit for my project?
We will work with our customers to obtain the required permits for their project. Alpha and Omega Contracting Ltd will provide the customers with the permits requirements and fees.
How long have you been in business?
Alpha and Omega Contracting Ltd (AOC) is established in 2020. The founder of the company brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry with an MBA and Professional Engineering Licence in Ontario. In addition and most importantly, our team is diversified with vast experience, in design, planning, construction, and project management.
What are your financing options?
We take it on case by case situation. We usually provide a breakdown of milestones and corresponding payments. We can offer installments to our customers however, this depends on the project value.
How do I protect my home?
Alpha and Omega Contracting Ltd (AOC) has a general liability insurance. Every project will is covered under our general liability insurance.
